More akin to something you'd make at home, this light stew-come-soup-come-goulash is full of chunks of our best organic veg, warming spices and beautiful flavours.
It's perfect as a quick and easy lunch, or, use it as the basis for a bigger meal - serve with some lamb chops for a substantial meal.
Our very own Abel & Cole Kitchen soup is not afraid to show its bits - we don't whizz this up within an inch of its life, and we only add a touch of salt (unlike your common or garden shop bought soup). It’s delicious and satisfying.
The secret to our top soup lies in the ingredients. We use our nutritious, knobbly, organic veg and because they taste so good.
In 2011 we bought a really big saucepan and a nice chef’s hat to go with it for two reasons:
1. The amount of salt in most ready-made soup deeply upset us (just like ready meals) healthy it ain’t.
2. The texture of shop bought soup has a weird gloopyness too, not to mention the fact that all those lovely vegetables are whizzed up within an inch of their life too.
It’s just didn’t sit right. So, be the change you want to see in the world and all that - we decided to try and make everything all right. The result is this soup. We hope you like it.

Keep refrigerated under 5°C. Once opened, consume within 3 days and before use-by date. Shake well before use as some settling/separation may occur.
Hob - empty contents into a saucepan and heat gently for 3-5 minutes.
Microwave - empty contents into a suitable container, cover and heat for 2 mins. Stir and heat for a further 1-2 minutes. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
