Tree Tops Farm is an 80 acre Organic farm lying in a small valley overlooking the River Brue. Here in this quiet corner of south-east Somerset 5 miles from the medieval town of Bruton, Richard and Caroline Harbord farm the land and look after their cows. Daisy & Co are a herd of 40 pedigree Jersey cows. Together with their calves, their adolescent daughters and Nestor the herd bull they live out their lives in quiet contentment. In the summertime the cows - Ivy, Louise, Priscilla, Jasmine and of course Daisy, spend their time out in the fields eating grass, wandering back to the farm buildings twice a day to be milked. In the wintertime they live in a huge light and airy shed, sleeping on a deep straw bed and eating almost unlimited supplies of hay.

Once ripened, tightly re-wrap and store in the coldest part of the refrigerator. Goldilocks can be frozen so long as it is thawed out slowly in the fridge for 24 hours.
