Dairy house is a very small little company, hidden away in the little village of Weobley in Herefordshire. There’s only really Katie, Jackie and Kamil but they’re a talented bunch. Just over a year in production and they’ve already won a Great Taste Award for their Full Fat Crème Fraiche. We're very excited to be working with them, and their delicious organic dairy foods.

Our crème fraiche is perfect in savoury sauces to achieve a creamy rounded flavour. It works particularly well in hot foods, just taking the edge of the spice. Equally it's delicious on any pudding. When put with chocolate the slight acidity cuts through the cocoa giving a lovely balanced flavour.
