No flour means more chocolate so when we were looking for a chocolate cake to knock your socks off, we went for the flourless, torte variety. Loaded with a few bars of melted dark chocolate, a handful of almonds all held together by buttery eggs it melts in your mouth as soon as you bite into it. Delicious with cream on the top and an espresso on the side.
