Ingredients you'll need
  • 225g strawberries
  • A handful of mint, leaves only
  • 1 lime
  • 1 cucumber
Step by step this way

    Pull the green leaves and stems from the strawberries. Pick the leaves from the mint stalks. Zest and juice the lime. Chop the cucumber into small chunks. Pop the berries, mint leaves, lime and cucumber into the blender with 200ml cold water or a handful of ice. Whizz, adding more water or ice if necessary.
