Ingredients you'll need
  • 1 pineapple
  • 100g watercress
  • 450g Greek style yogurt

    Cut the pineapple top off and carve away the skin. Chop the pineapple into small chunks. Place into your blender with the watercress and yogurt. Add a large cupful of ice and blend till smooth.
