Ingredients you'll need
- 3 apples
- 1 cucumber
- 1 lemon
- A handful curly leaf parsley
Step by step this way

Feed all the ingredients through a juicer. Juice the lemon by hand if you prefer. For more flavour and texture, pour the juice into the blender with the parsley leaves. Blitz to combine.
