Ingredients you'll need
  • A head of broccoli
  • 1 pineapple
  • A 200g tin of coconut milk
  • 1 lime

    Roughly chop your broccoli. Peel and chop the pineapple. Pop both in a blender or food processor with the coconut milk, juice from your lime and 400ml cold water. Whizz till smooth.
