Pizza the action

Ever concocted a really weird pizza topping with the stuff in your box?  Tell us your favourite toppings in the comments below.

Jeremy from What on Earth, who makes organic pizzas, pizza bases and sauce (and some quite awesome puddings, too), really really loves pizza.  This is his favourite topping.

Jeremy’s perfect homemade pizza

1 x What On Earth Organic Pizza Base
50g What On Earth Organic Pizza Sauce
100g Mozzarella Cheese
20g Parmesan cheese
3 x slices of Prosciutto ham
A handful of fresh rocket
2 x tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Spread the What On Earth Organic Pizza Sauce on the Organic Pizza Base.  Top this with Mozzarella Cheese and then place on three slices of Prosciutto ham.  You can place these on however you want, you can even do a pattern if you’d like!  Sprinkle over the Parmesan cheese and put the pizza in the oven.  Cook the pizza until the base is perfectly golden brown and the cheese is bubbling happily.  Once the pizza is cooked, take it out the oven (carefully), top it with a handful of fresh rocket and drizzle over some extra virgin olive oil.  The next step?  Tuck in and enjoy of course, but make sure you don’t burn your mouth.
