That’s a patty pan squash, celeriac (ick!) and Kohl rabi, not to be confused with a rabbi which is a Jewish dude ;)

No point in writing it down, since I agree with what everyone posted before me (apart from spelling ;) ). To be fair though I wouldn’t have known what kind of squash/punpkin that is. Kohlrabi is one of my favourite veggies ever, best enjoyed raw in my opinion. When I moved to England I was rather sad to find out that most people don’t know it. I can only get it in Indian corner shops – and hopefully soon in my veg box :)

We agree with everyone else, except that Kohl Rabi is known as alien veg here (it was described as such in a recipe card and the children caught on!). They love eating it as well!!

Happy Christmas to all :)

Love the vegetables, just like the ones my family grew,
saves an OAP carrying a heavy basket. Who is the mystery mab who delivers them?
Seasons greetings.

I agree with everyone – pattypan squash, celeriac and kohlrabi. I really like celeriac – a lovely delicate flavour for such an alien looking veg! Last year I took a photo of one and ramped up the colours to put online … it was fun getting people to guess what it was!!
