They’ve only gone and won another bloomin’ award!
It’s for ‘small contact centre of the year’ at the UK Customer Experience Awards to be exact.
Small but perfectly formed. Amost like Heather Small, who presented them with the award, who is actually quite tall. (That’s our Rhiannon and Christine in the middle.)
The judges especially liked that we don’t use a script, which just proves what we’ve known all along – everyone in our customer team is naturally lovely!

Truly well deserved, the customer service is great. I like the fact that you’re always the ones who get in touch with me if there’s something I need to know about my order, and you’re so helpful with delivery holidays and even when I was moving.
