Pegoty Hedge is an organic farm in the shadow of the Malvern Hills and Bredon Hill close to the River Severn. This idyllic corner of Worcestershire has fertile land and lush green pastures.

Young Oliver is the third generation of Surmans to farm on this gorgeous plot. He’s teamed up with a local gastropub chef to create these outstanding dishes made with local vegetables. They do not use any artificial colourings, preservatives or other ‘nasties' so they really are ready meals without the guilt!
This warming vegetarian casserole is gorgeous, soul-warming dish for a cozy night in. It’s made with homemade veg stock and a wonderful hand-blended spice mix, giving it an earthy kick. Along with chickpeas, it has lentils, carrots, red and yellow peppers, onion and sprinkling of freshly chopped English coriander.
