Chantelle Ludski started out studying law and in September 1999, whilst still at business school, she started the UK's first organic café and called it 'Fresh! Naturally Organic'.

After building the business to a small chain of 4 organic cafes, Chantelle decided to expand the business so she started supplying her healthy organic sandwiches and salads to organic food stores and other shops.

Chantelle won The Soil Association 'Business Person of the Year' award in 2001 and her company was a finalist in the 2006 Organic Industry Awards. Everything is organic and in bio-degradable or compostable packaging.
So good we named it twice! Love pies? Well, then you'll adore this one. It is the mother of all pies. It's capped with a heap of fluffy potatoes and it's lined with the most decadent butter pastry. It's a really, really naughty carb fest but you won’t regret tucking in. Basically, it's the most wonderful shepherd's pie (gorgeous organic minced lamb, slowly cooked with onion, tomatoes, herbs, carrots and spice) set in Chantelle Ludski's famous all-buttery pastry. You must try this one!
Shepherd's Pie Lamb Mince (53.3%) - lamb mince, onion, vegetable bouillion, tinned tomatoes, water, tomato ketchup, sugar, dried rosemary, soy sauce, ground black pepper, carrots; Potato topping (33.3%) - potato, cheddar cheese, butter, salt, ground black pepper; Shortcrust pastry (13.3%) - flour, butter, water, egg yolk, salt
