This gorgeous sauce is made by Nicola and Robert Young of Atkins and Potts (the team who make our fab salad dressings and chutneys). Last summer, we spent a bit of time with them making stunning pasta sauces loaded with lovely vegetables, piquant herbs and spices.
Everything is made by hand - just like Granny use to make. Nicola and Robert work in the stunning surrounds of the Berkshire countryside, just outside Newbury.
This decadent pasta sauce has a deep, earthy rosemary flavour with a good touch of sweetness due to the slow cooking of the tomatoes. It's a gorgeous sauce that tastes fresh and homemade.
Pair with torn nuggets of Laverstoke’s buffalo mozzarella and some al dente spaghetti. Or, try with minced lamb for a luxurious twist on the classic Bolognese.
